Online Banking Features
The My Accounts tab is the hub of your Online Banking experience. Here you will see an overview of all of your HUECU accounts.
Quick Actions: You can accomplish a lot of common tasks, such as viewing account details and transaction histories right from this page using “Quick Actions.” To reveal the Quick Actions menu for each account, hover over the lightning bolt icon to the right of the account balance.
History: Within the history screen for an account, you can search for specific items, view and print check images, and export your account data into several useful formats including Excel and Quicken.
Re-Naming Accounts: Choose the “Account Settings” option in the left-side menu to customize your display options, including creating personalized names for your accounts.
With Online Bill Pay, paying your bills from an HUECU checking account is quick, easy and secure. To access Bill Pay, click the “Bill Payment” tab within HUECU Online Banking.
Setting Up Transfers: On the “Transfers” tab, you can schedule one-time or recurring transfers any of your HUECU accounts. You can also link your HUECU accounts with other HUECU members or with accounts at other institutions.
Managing Scheduled Transfers: To manage already established recurring transfers, click on the Recurring Transfer” option in the side menu.
Linking Accounts: To link accounts with another HUECU member, select “Member-to- Member” from the left-side menu under Transfers. To link to an account at another institution, choose the “Link Accounts” option.
My Credit Card
Select the “My Credit Card” tab to view detailed card activity and manage preferences for your HUECU credit cards. From the Card Center, you can view transactions and Statements, make payments, access your rewards, and more.
Note: You will need your credit card number the first time you access My Credit Card.
Use account-based alerts to notify you of important changes to your account (e.g., when your balance falls below a specified level,) and date-based alerts to notify you of important events (e.g. birthdays). Notifications are sent to your secure mailbox within Online Banking and can also be sent as an email, SMS text message, or automated phone call at the time of your choosing.
In addition to being more eco-friendly, eStatements are more convenient! You’ll get your monthly statements faster than with traditional mail and have on-demand access to view and download up to 18 months of statement history.
