Online Banking Has a Whole New Look and Feel

At the Credit Union, we're always working hard to make your life a little easier. Whether through innovative services, or sincere advice, we want to provide the best possible experience for our members. That is why we launched a new state of the art Online Banking system on Wednesday, February 23. This new system delivers the power and convenience you need to manage your money more quickly, easily and securely than ever before.

Along with new features and enhanced functionality, we've also revamped our online security. As a result, the first time you login to the new Online Banking, you will be provided a secure access code. This code will be sent to you securely via phone, SMS text or email and used to authenticate yourself. Once you enter your secure access code, you will be asked to update your password information. You will only have to do this the first time you access the new Online Banking or whenever you register a new computer or browser.

Re-establishing scheduled activity

With the introduction of the new Online Banking, all of your Credit Union account details will be carried over. This includes your personal and contact information, all of your deposit and loan accounts, transaction histories, eStatement preferences, and Bill Pay merchant accounts.

However, much of your scheduled and recurring activity WILL NOT carry over from the old system and will need to be re-established. Though certain transaction types such as payments set up in the Bill Payment system will be carried over, many others will need to be re-established. Items that WILL NOT be carried over to the new system include:

  • Scheduled and Recurring transfers
  • eBills
  • Text and Email Alerts

Don't Forget!

It is essential that you log in to Online Banking as soon as possible and review all of your account settings and scheduled activity. For helpful tips and tricks, check out our Online Banking User Guide.
