Contact Center Manager
The Contact Center Manager is a dynamic and energetic leader with outstanding communication skills, refined and proven managerial skills and has a passion for customer service. Provides an exceptional customer experience in all member touch-points, including phone service and digital communication channels. Directs the daily activities of a 10-person inbound/outbound contact center.
Responsible for performing transactions for HUECU members. Has knowledge of and promotes sales and usage of HUECU products and services. Comfort with discussing account options with new or existing members. Strong analytical skills requiring high level of accuracy, and responsible for daily balancing of teller work and cash. Must use discretion and adhere to financial privacy policies and display a level of integrity and maturity regarding financial information. Employee required to float between all branch locations and to cover the First Impression Desk at the Harvard Square Branch as necessary. Occasional late Thursday and early Saturday hours will be required for the Harvard Sq. Branch and early Thursday mornings at the MGH branch.
IT Support Helpdesk/Engineer
Working under the direction of the Director of IT/Information Security Officer, the support engineer will work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer/server hardware, software and overall network infrastructure issues. In addition, the support engineer will provide phone, remote and on-site IT support for all users. Will manage special projects in support of user support and infrastructure services.
Senior Staff Accountant
Under the direction of the Controller, this position is responsible for a variety of accounting functions for Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) and will work with numerous financial systems to complete daily, weekly, monthly and year-end tasks. This position will work independently, investigate issues when needed and perform necessary reconciling and correcting actions in accordance with HUECU policy and procedures under moderate supervision. The Senior Staff Accountant provides high levels of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
