Branch Manager, Harvard Square
The Branch Manager manages the operations, sales and service provided at the Credit Union’s Main Office / Harvard Square Branch (HSQ Branch) under the direction of the AVP for Branch Administration. The Branch Manager serves as primary contact for the Harvard community. He/She supervises 9+ branch staff and temporary workers, providing leadership, coaching, encouraging high-quality service, efficient operations, and effective sales of HUECU products and services.
Assitant Vice President, Mortgage Operations
Reporting directly to the SVP of Real Estate Lending, responsible for the management of a robust and growing mortgage operations area, representing a significant percentage of the institution’s balance sheet and revenues. Includes direct oversight of processing, underwriting and servicing of mortgages for a diverse membership. Ensures that a high level of member service is maintained, that performance metrics and standards are met or exceeded, and that all activities operate safely and soundly within a complex compliance and regulatory environment. This position also requires supervision, coaching and training a staff of ten.
Mortgage Sales Manager
Responsible for direct oversight and management of the entire mortgage production process for the Credit Union; including hiring, training and managing of mortgage sales staff. Will also be responsible for the establishment and achievement of loan production goals.
Mortgage Loan Originator
The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) reports to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending and proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells HUECU mortgage products to meet established production goals.
Contact Center Representative
The Contact Center Representative serves as the first contact for incoming member phone calls, emails and other electronic forms of inquiry. He/She accurately and expediently answers inquiries from members relating to all types of new and existing products and services drawing on detailed knowledge of credit union products, policies and procedures. He/She interacts with new and existing members to determine financial needs and suggests appropriate deposit and/or loan products.
