Business Applications Assistant
Reports to the Director of Information Technology/ISO. Responsible for assisting other Business Applications Assistant with the overall management of all line of business applications, and related vendors, for the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.
Support Center Representative
This position is designated as a critical role for the Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) as it provides non-deferrable services that must be performed in the event of an emergency or weather-related closure.
Marketing Data Analyst
The Marketing Data Analyst serves a variety of organizational needs for data collection, database maintenance, measurement and reporting. This position assists in the development, implementation, and ongoing use of market research tools. In addition to strong computer skills, core competencies include the ability to locate trends in data and turn data into user-friendly reports for various departments.
