A.  No. The expiration date will be pushed out by 30 days, if expiration month is January through November. If the expiration month is December the expiration date is pushed out 60 days. New plastics will be mailed out to all cardholders on the account. Here are some examples:

  1. As long as the Primary and Secondary Users submit a custom image on their plastics within 48 hours of each other, the plastics will have their expiration date changed once and plastics sent once. The Primary and Secondary User will receive their custom images on plastics and the expiration date will have been pushed out 30 days.

  2. If one cardholder on the account submits a custom image and the other does not within a 48 hour time period, the custom image will be sent to the appropriate cardholder while the other cardholder will receive a generic plastic. The expiration date will be pushed out 30 days on both cards.

  3. If the Secondary cardholder on the account submits a custom image and the Primary user does not within a 48 hour time period, the Secondary cardholder that submitted the custom image will receive the plastic with the custom image. The Primary User will receive a generic plastic and the expiration date will be pushed out 30 days on both cards.

If 90 days later the Primary cardholder submits a custom image, the Primary cardholder that submitted the custom image will receive the plastic with the new custom image. The Secondary cardholder will receive the plastic with the custom image submitted 90 days ago. The expiration date for all three cards will be pushed out an additional 30 days.

  4. If the Primary cardholder orders a custom designed card and the Secondary cardholder does not order a custom designed card within 48 hours, the Secondary cardholder will not be permitted to complete a Design Your Own Card session until after a reorder delay period of six months.
