Daniela Ottaviano, MGH Assistant Branch Manager, is the 3rd Quarter 2016 Service Champion recipient.
The Service Champion award is HUECU’s internal recognition program for service excellence. Each quarter one employee is selected who personifies the HUECU commitment to personal service.
Prior to joining the Credit Union, Daniela worked for the Metro Credit Union as a Senior Branch Sales & Service Representative. Metro’s loss was our gain! Daniela began her career with HUECU on September 12, 2012 as a teller at the MGH Branch. She then transferred to the then Dunster Street Branch as a teller. From there, she was promoted to the Sr. Teller/MSR at the CNY Branch. Shortly after that, Daniela returned to her beginnings at the MGH Branch in the same capacity. Her next promotion came in September of 2015 when she was promoted to the Assistant Branch Manager of the MGH Branch. Since she has had the opportunity to work at three different branches, which are diversely unique communities, Daniela has a broad insight to our membership base.
In the third quarter, Daniela was recognized by her co-workers for all her efforts and support.
