If you do not wish to join online, and would like to request that a paper application be sent to you, you can fill out the following form. We will mail you a membership application and any other information you have requested immediately. When using a paper application, certain documentation is required. All new members must provide a valid government photo ID, a valid ID issued by an insitution eligible for Harvard Credit Union membership and a social security number or tax payer identification number.
